Me

I spent most of my early professional life trying to be a better team member – a better manager – a better leader – a better businessperson, and most importantly how to have a better work life balance. 

During the second half of my business life I became a coach, because I believe it helps you be better at whatever you want to achieve. 

I have many years business experience across many sectors and at every level of management including setting up and running my own businesses.

I have been a member of many teams (in this country and globally).

I have set up teams and run teams.

I have worked for big businesses, small businesses, successful business, not so successful businesses.

Businesses that cared about their staff – businesses who didn’t care for their staff.

I have had to navigate my way through most business challenges and like most things in life learned the most from the initiatives that didn’t go well.
